Apartment on the ground floor with garden in a villa in the Dolomites. In the summer period equipped with 2 lounge chairs and small barbecue, coffee table with chairs and bench for outdoor breakfasts. Quiet and comfortable location a short walk from the centre, ski bus stops to access the ski and bus facilities just 50/70 meters away. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and leave your car behind. Small supermarket and parapharmacy in 150/200 m. Ideal for families, small cot for babies available upon request. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, blender. Bed and kitchen linen and towels are included. You will also find an iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. Bathroom with window, bath/shower and washing machine. Unlimited internet connection. Mountain-style furnishings with beautiful Tyrolean ceramic stove in the winter. Private storage for skis, mountain bikes and other equipment. You can park in front of the house or in the immediate vicinity in a private parking space. Small pets (no puppies) are accepted (upon request). No smokers. Extra charges for final cleaning, utility bills and tourist tax.

The apartment is in a great location, just walking distance from the town centre and all amenities. Well-equipped, with ski storage downstairs. You need a car or ski bus to get to the slopes, but that is very easy to do.
We had a great time, and Daniela is a very friendly host. Looking forward to visiting again.
