The historic center of Cortina is just a 10-minute walk from the house. A few steps from the same house you can reach both the Tofane cable car station and a ski bus stop that runs regularly. A bike rental is a few meters from the house. In summer you can also reach many trekking trails within walking distance.
The house has 2 large bedrooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher etc., and a large windowed bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a washing machine, bidet, and sink.
