The two apartments are located on the first floor of the building and are accessible from the rear entrance. Suites Cristallo and Faloria are spread over two floors. The living room and cooking area are on the first floor, the double bedroom and the bathroom on the second. A sofa bed in the living room can be a second-best solution for a third person. The suites have wooden furniture and a beamed ceiling. The apartments and their wide balconies are faced south. They are cosy and romantic, perfect for couples. The sunny and quiet location also makes them a good choice for a relaxing holiday away from the traffic. On the ground floor there is a covered place for bikes/ski/ski boots. The suites are suitable for maximum 3 adults/children. Water, power, cooking gas, Wi-Fi via fiber optic (FTTC), bed linens, bathroom/kitchen towels and final cleaning fee are included. The heating is not included and costs €2/hour. Guests use in winter on average 3 hours heating a day. Socket for electric car charge not included in the rate. In case of use, the property will apply a surcharge of Euro 0,40 per KWh. Small and medium size pets accepted only with prior approval of the owner with a pet fee. Credit cards not accepted. During high season check-in and check-out on Saturday. Check-in from 5pm to 9pm and check-out no later than 10am. Throughout the whole year check-in no later than 9pm. Owner on the spot. The (ski) bus, which runs every 60 minutes to town, stops 130 m from the house. Every 15/20 minutes a ski bus runs from the town center to the ski areas.

Fantastic and beautiful location. Giovanni was an exceptional host. Kind and caring, communicated well and reccomended restaurants, walks and nearby shops to visit. We felt very looked after. Would like to stay again!

Beautiful place

Excellent 9

We had a lot of fun. Clean, tidy and little apartment with all amenities, with beautiful view on the surrounding mountains. From the center approx. 20 minutes walk, quiet location. For 3 people it is completely appropriate. Giovanni, the host is very helpful but not intrusive. There are 2 restaurants nearby.
If anyone is looking for an affordable accommodation in Cortina, I would recommend it. Cortina is a good place to explore the surrounding area.

Amazing place

We wanted to say Giovanni that the stay was amazing for the hospitality and the warm welcome. He was very friendly, always willing to help us and explain anything. We were also very happy with the apartment: not too big but for 2 persons it was perfect and cosy. The apartment was in a very beautiful position near a little hamlet, 7 minutes by bus to the city centre and mountains all around. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend to stay in this apartment in Cortina.

Wonderful stay

Our stay with Giovanni was wonderful. The flat is beautiful and has a gorgeous setting right on the edge of town, backing up to a pasture beneath the Dolomites. It is a quick and easy bus ride into town, the stop is very close to the flat. We walked to town most of the time, it is so beautiful, 20 mins walk. Giovanni was very helpful with everything we could have needed. He offered to pick us up and drop us off to the bus station on our travel days, which was very thoughtful. Cortina is more beautiful than any pictures can do justice, and Giovanni's flat is the same! Thanks for a great stay! Hope we can visit again.

Extraordinarily charming and cosy

Exceptional 10

Extraordinarily charming and cosy little vacation apartment. The photos don't do it justice. Very clean and well furnished. The woodwork of the renovation is extraordinary. The host Giovanni is friendly and helpful, the natural setting is impressive, and the location just outside the centre of Cortina is convenient. We would definitely return here if we chose Cortina as a vacation
destination again.
